Lots of Stuff Coming Up!!

Hey everyone!!! Can you believe we have already been in school for 32 days!?!? Well, the fun part of school is about to start...the fun part for the kids...not for pocket books!! We have 2 field trips coming up and t-shirt order forms. Please be looking for field trips and t-shirt order forms in you childs notebook.

T-shirts- Each class orders a different colored shirt, our color this year is yellow!! We will wear these shirts on field trips, special occasions, and on our program. If you would like your child to have a shirt, please return the paper with the correct size and money by Oct. 8!! This is NOT a requirment that you order a shirt, it's just an "extra"

Field Trips- Oct. 9 we will be going to the Petting Zoo/ Pumpkin Patch. The cost of that trip is $6.50....this includes the bus trip, petting zoo, food to feed the animals, hay ride, and a pumpkin!! If you would like to come, you are free, you just have to follow the buses. Also, if you want a pumpkin, you will have to pay $0.30 a pound. The next field trip is Nov. 4 to the Princess Theatre. The cost of this trip is $4...it is not due until Oct. 19. I will not be here this day, I will have a Sub, but parents CAN NOT go on this field trip, there is very limited space, so they ask that parents stay at home!! Also Nov. 20 we have another field trip to the Wetlands Edge, this one is free, and parents can go.

Sorry that everything is due at once...we did not plan it this we!! We understand if you cannot order a shirt at this time!!

Math Night

Don't Forget....Tomorrow is math night!!! Come enjoy hot dogs and refreshments! The fun begins at 6 when the 5th graders perform!! Can't wait to see everyone :)

Patriots Day...Sept. 11, 2009

Friday was Patriots Day. We talked about all the events that happened on Sept. 11 2001, and had a march in the courtyard to remember all those who lost their lives. Here are some pictures of us!!

Hey Everyone!!! I had "misplaced" my memory card stick, so I couldn't add any pictures to my blog!! So I haven't started it yet, well tonight, I look in my camera bag, and guess what!! It was there...right where it should be. I looked there a thousand times, but I guess not hard enough!! Anyways. I hope this blog is beneficial to you.
